Step 1: Parking (if arriving by transit, skip to step 2)

FREE 60-MINUTE UNDERGROUND PARKING

TWO OPTIONS:
- Use the underground pay stations to input your license plate
- Use the "www.offstreet.io" website

 

The app will ask for your location number, which is SB0047 for Suter Brook Village. Then, select underground parking, input your license plate number, and choose your parking option (you also have to select the 60-minute free parking if you choose to do so).

Step 2: Elevators

The elevators in the lobby are a little tricky; press the number ‘3’ on the keypad outside the elevator. The screen will tell you which elevator to take; no need to press any buttons once inside.

Step 3: Find me

Once you get to the 3rd floor, you can check in with the reception directly across from the elevators, behind the two large glass doors labeled Suite 301. Take a seat in the lounge area, and I will come and get you at the time of your appointment.

If your appointment is scheduled before 8:30 am or after 5 pm Monday - Friday, the elevator will only take you to the building lobby, where I will come to meet you. For all weekend appointments, no matter the time, I will meet you in the lobby.
